ABOUT THE ARTIST
A resident of Natick, Wendy Hodge has been painting and exhibiting her work for many years. Her work is in many private and corporate collections. A 1978 graduate of UMASS, Amherst with a BFA in painting, she also studied art in London, England attending the Byam Shaw School of Painting and Drawing and as well as continuing study at the Boston Museum School. She later went on to receive a teaching degree in 1980 from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. She taught K-8 art in the Arlington and Brookline Schools and currently works as an art supervisor to students in the Tufts University/ Museum School affiliated Art Education Program as well as an art instructor at Medicine Wheel Productions in South Boston.She works and teaches classes in her home studio in Natick.
