About the Exhibit
The Holliston Mill was built in 1891 by a group of local investors hoping to attract regional manufacturers to set up a shoe factory in Holliston. Like many old New England mills, it has found new life as artists’ studios and as office space for small businesses.

The artists at Holliston Mill form an eclectic group. We work in oil, acrylics, watercolor, charcoal, pen and ink, sculptures in wood, metal, stone and mixed-media, digital and film photography.

The group functions as an association to build community awareness of the dynamic diversity of local artists, to promote the arts in the Metrowest region and to introduce the public at large to the creative process.
